Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Packages are shipped as soon as possible. In most cases, within 7 business days. Orders may be sent via FedEx or USPS depending on carriers expected delivery dates as we want to be sure that you receive your order as as soon as possible. 

Can I expedite shipping?

Yes, please follow the steps provided on our shipping page for rates. Options include 2 Day and 3 Day shipping. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples. We are confident in all of our blends, go ahead and try us out.

No. All orders will be shipped to the address provided.

Be sure to email us of correct address; however we can NOT guarantee that the changes will be made. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the address is not found in USPS website, we will try our best to contact you via the information that you provide us to correct it. 

Our blends that contain salt has 1/4 tsp or less of salt per pouch. Our salt free products are labeled for your convenience. Our Salt & Peppa blend contains a higher amount of salt.

Yes. All shipments outside of the U.S. and Hawaii shipping prices are calculated by zip code and weight.
